U.S. Army is currently looking for a Military Drone Pilot Specialist to join their team in Ohio, Kentucky, or West Virginia.
Job DescriptionThis role involves operating unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to gather intelligence and support military operations. As a UAV Operator, you will conduct reconnaissance missions, analyze aerial photographs, and prepare maps and intelligence reports.
Responsibilities:- Conduct air reconnaissance and surveillance missions using UAVs.
- Plan and analyze flight missions to ensure successful data collection.
- Perform pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks on UAVs.
- Launch and recover UAVs from the runway.
- Maintain communications equipment, power sources, and light/heavy wheeled vehicles.
- Must be between 17-34 years old.
- Must have a GED or High School Diploma.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Cardholder.
- Must meet Army height and weight standards.
- Competitive salary of $62,000 - $100,000 per year.
