- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and quality in our manufacturing operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a manufacturing or related environment.
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service, with a strong focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations, such as DFARS and FARS, is a strong plus.
What We Offer
A competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, plus a 5% bonus, and comprehensive benefits package.
