Polysomnographic Technologist Opportunity at Troy Regional Medical Center

We are seeking a highly skilled Polysomnographic Technologist to join our team at Troy Regional Medical Center. As a Polysomnographic Technologist, you will be responsible for performing polysomnograms and other sleep disorders testing under the guidance of our Sleep Center Medical Director.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Attaching electrodes and monitoring patients throughout the sleep study
  • Documenting observations, collecting data, and reporting information to the physician
  • Involved in CPAP titration, oxygen therapy, scoring reports, and various quality improvement activities

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited polysomnography program
  • At least two years' experience in a full-service sleep disorders center

Certification by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists and BLS certification are required. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently for extended periods while following all standards and regulations set by regulatory bodies.
