Join Our Team as a Certified Service Technician

As a Certified Service Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on vehicles with efficiency and adherence to dealership policies.
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
  • Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to keep customers informed about additional services needed.
  • Provide accurate estimates for repair time and execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
Qualifications:
  • At least 5+ years of Service Technician experience, with Ford Certification preferred.
  • A and B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
  • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies and ability to learn new procedures and specifications.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment and work effectively in a team environment.
