Job Summary

Kent Island Resort is seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to provide exceptional service to our guests attending events. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable experience while ensuring responsible alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service to guests attending events.
  • Know, understand, and adhere to company-established policies and procedures.
  • Take a tour of the resort to educate yourself on our history, amenities, and services.
  • Review event details and confirm schedule at least two weeks in advance.
  • Arrive in proper uniform for set-up and maintain a clean, pressed, and neat appearance.
  • Monitor alcoholic consumption of guests for safety and liability purposes.
  • Use appropriate beverage portions and charge guests accordingly when cash bar is in effect.
  • Dispose of bottles at the end of the night and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
