Kent Island Resort is seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to provide exceptional service to our guests attending events. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering a memorable experience while ensuring responsible alcohol service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly, prompt, and courteous service to guests attending events.
- Know, understand, and adhere to company-established policies and procedures.
- Take a tour of the resort to educate yourself on our history, amenities, and services.
- Review event details and confirm schedule at least two weeks in advance.
- Arrive in proper uniform for set-up and maintain a clean, pressed, and neat appearance.
- Monitor alcoholic consumption of guests for safety and liability purposes.
- Use appropriate beverage portions and charge guests accordingly when cash bar is in effect.
- Dispose of bottles at the end of the night and maintain a clean and organized bar area.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
