Cinema Runner Job Description

Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas is seeking a Cinema Runner to join our team. As a Cinema Runner, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless movie-going experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver concessions items, kitchen items, and bar items to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Work closely with the expediter to ensure all food is delivered simultaneously, in high quality, and in a timely fashion.
  • Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about our menu and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including auditoriums, concession stands, and restrooms.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and restocking supplies.
  • Participate in training and meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • 1+ years of food running or bussing experience preferred.
  • ServSafe, Food Handling, and Alcohol training certifications required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with employees, guests, and management.
  • Effective communication skills for handling difficult and stressful situations.
  • Ability to maintain attention to detail and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:

The Cinema Runner will work in a theater environment with typical levels of noise, dust, and activity. The employee must be able to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 10 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
