QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Licensure: Current RN licensure in Florida or endorsement.

Certification: Must possess current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to employment and maintain it.

Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience preferred.

Language: Proficient in spoken and written English.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Requires visual acuity and hand-eye coordination for clinical tasks.

• Must be able to lift, turn, pull, push, or assist patients/equipment throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted for a portion of the shift.

• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for the majority of the shift.

MENTAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to work in a stressful environment with patients and families of varying ages and understanding levels.

• Ability to concentrate on multiple priority tasks.

• Must respond appropriately to life-threatening situations.

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential.
