About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at IntelyCare in Middletown, OH. As a STNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as toileting, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Monitor vital signs, including blood pressure and pulse, and report any abnormalities to the supervisor.
  • Provide companionship and engage with residents through conversation and activities.
  • Assist with meal service and feeding residents as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing tasks such as changing linens and sanitizing surfaces.
Requirements
  • Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification.
  • Understanding of nursing care procedures and terminology.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
