About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Pacu Weekend position. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments and prioritize patient needs to create effective care plans.
  • Build strong relationships with patients and families, managing discomfort and staying professional in therapeutic connections.
  • Develop and implement care plans that reflect our organization's values and aid in resolving issues.
  • Educate patients, families, nurses, and community members to empower them with knowledge for better healthcare choices.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and community to create a care plan, delegate tasks carefully, and follow up promptly.
  • Use problem-solving strategies to address patient needs, recognizing limitations and prioritizing safety, effectiveness, and efficiency in patient care planning and delivery.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current and valid nursing license.
  • BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of starting in this role.
