As a Weekend Home Health Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care, promoting health and wellness, and building strong relationships with our clients and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a current license as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts, graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, and one year of recent prior clinical experience. Previous Home Health experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive home health visits to clients, including wound care, treatments, and procedures.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in accordance with patients' medical needs.
- Monitor clients' conditions, reporting changes to Clinical Manager.
- Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
- Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided.
