Medical Imaging Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Medical Imaging Services Coordinator at UnitedHealth Group in Corvallis, OR. As an Imaging Office Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our imaging department and providing exceptional patient care.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, answer phone calls, and route tasks
- Book appointments, verify patient insurance coverage, and act as a cashier for payments
- Direct patient flow, prepare patients for exams, and monitor provider schedules for accuracy
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- 1+ years of experience in a service-related industry or 6+ months of customer service experience in a professional office setting
- Reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous medical office or hospital admission experience
- Ability to work well with providers, clinical staff, and patients
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy, fast-paced environment while maintaining quality of work
