Position Overview

Wise Staffing Group is actively seeking a dedicated Quality Technician to join our team in the Phoenix area. This role is crucial in ensuring that our production processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage customer specifications and drawings.
  • Conduct daily inspections of production materials and accurately record findings.
  • Perform thorough incoming product evaluations.
  • Report any quality concerns to the Quality Assurance Supervisor or Director.
  • Participate in special projects as required.
  • Complete HOLD and REWORK documentation as necessary.
  • Ensure all finished goods adhere to established specifications.
  • Edit and update quality inspection documentation as needed.
Qualifications
  • Familiarity with measurement techniques.
  • Understanding of the ISO 9001 quality management system.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Effective communication skills to convey quality techniques to team members.
  • Experience operating measurement instruments.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a Quality Technician role.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Some lifting may be required.
  • Capability to work on a computer for prolonged durations.
