We offer competitive hourly rates ranging from $18.00 to $30.00, depending on experience and qualifications.

As a Blo Blow Dry Bar Stylist, you will have the opportunity to master our 7 signature styles and more through our paid training program. You will work one-on-one with our Chief Style Boss (aka Educator) to develop your skills and provide exceptional customer service.

• Maintain a professional, clean, and respectful work environment
• Participate in routine up-training and skill advancement for hair stylists
• Potential opportunities for cross-training on additional services such as makeup or being promoted to senior stylist or management roles

To be successful in this role, you must:

• Hold an up-to-date cosmetology license for Kentucky
• Be able to work weekends and be flexible with your schedule
• Have a passion for the beauty and cosmetology industry and making people feel better
• Have salon experience, which is an asset
