Key Responsibilities:- Organize and direct the construction, operating/maintenance, and trouble response personnel to ensure electric service reliability.
- Maintain public and employee safety by directing safety programs in accordance with company safety rules, practices, and procedures.
- Implement and manage facilities maintenance programs to maintain electric systems reliability and quality of service within budget constraints.
- Prepare and maintain records and reports to provide reference material for district use, budgeting, claims, and other company departments.
- Represent the company as the front-line executive and deliver company messaging, develop company culture, and drive company direction on a daily basis with employees.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited school or journeyman lineman certification and five (5) years of related experience with a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing teams or leading work groups.
- Candidates without a bachelor's degree must have 9 years of experience with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing teams or leading work groups.
- Demonstrated knowledge of power line construction, operating, and maintenance practices, all federal, state, and local safety/compliance regulations affecting distribution operations, and customer service business practices, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrated skills in analytical, interpersonal, customer service, and communication, leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and labor management.
- Annual Salary: $115,900 (Min) to $136,300 (Mid); Up to 15% Short Term Incentive Plan target opportunity at the discretion of the company.
