Job DescriptionAs a travel occupational therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing interventions to promote independence and functionality. Your duties will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to address patients' goals and objectives
- Providing hands-on therapy sessions to promote patient progress and independence
- Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and communicating effectively with interdisciplinary teams
We offer a competitive salary package based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, paid time off, and access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
RequirementsTo be considered for this travel occupational therapist position, you must meet the following requirements:
- Current licensure as an occupational therapist in the state of Washington
- Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care or rehabilitation settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to pass a background check and any other required screening processes
