Nursing Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to join our team at SKLD Zeeland. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and leadership to our residents.

• Assess resident conditions and develop individualized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including LPNs and CNAs, to ensure high-quality care and adherence to facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, and to address resident concerns and needs.
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition, and take appropriate action to ensure resident safety and well-being.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance resident care and satisfaction.

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• CPR certification required.
• One year of professional nursing experience in long-term care setting preferred.
• Knowledge of applicable state nursing regulations and federal laws governing long-term care.
