Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist II to join our team at the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools. As an Occupational Therapist II, you will play a critical role in providing occupational therapy services to students in our county.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to students with diverse needs and abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote student independence and participation in educational activities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in occupational therapy to ensure high-quality services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Valid California Board of Occupational Therapy License.
  • Valid National Board of Occupational Therapy Certification.
  • Valid CPR Certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a school setting.
