Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at HCA Healthcare Conroe. As a Respiratory Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Respiratory Care department.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data to inform patient care decisions
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen modalities
  • Develop and implement protocols for patient care
  • Provide education and training to patients and families

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in respiratory care
  • Critical care experience preferred
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ventilator management skills
  • NICU experience

Working Conditions:
