About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and services to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Attend to individual care needs and get to know each resident's unique preferences and personalities
  • Notify management of changes in condition and recommend adjustments in the level of care and service
  • Assist residents in life skills and other life-enriching activities as indicated on their individual profile
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates
Qualifications
  • HHA or CNA certification required
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents
  • Ability to work in a team environment and make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest
