Job Title: Registered Nurse Weekend Supervisor

Regency Integrated Health Services is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Weekend Supervisor at our Fort Worth Transitional Care Center. As a member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality care for our residents, providing guidance and support to our caregivers, and maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all.

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. This role offers a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

  • Primary Responsibilities:
  • * Assist in ensuring the provision of quality care that promotes the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychological well-being of each resident
  • * Conduct rounds, assess, document, and report resident condition/changes
  • * Administer medications as prescribed and perform narcotic reconciliation
  • * Oversees and monitors aides, initiates incident reports, and completes discharge procedures
  • * Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
