Job Summary

We are seeking an ABA Behavior Technician to join our team at Accel Therapies. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with autism and their families.

Responsibilities

  1. Providing direct support to clients in various settings, including home, school, and community.
  2. Collecting and maintaining accurate data on client progress and behavior observations.
  3. Implementing behavior modification techniques and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
  4. Collaborating with team members to ensure coordinated service delivery and progress monitoring.
  5. Participating in ongoing training and meetings to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
  • Previous experience working as an ABA Therapist with individuals with Autism or developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • A positive and team-player attitude is required.
