Job Title: Shift Leader

This is a leadership role that requires a strong ability to manage and motivate a team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing hourly employees, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of hourly employees to achieve sales and profitability goals.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Ensure that all aspects of the business are running smoothly, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role in the restaurant industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Valid driver's license.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires regular attendance, the ability to work up to 55 hours per week, and the ability to stand or walk for hours at a time. The successful candidate must also be able to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and tolerate significant changes in temperature.
