About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Best Buds ABA Therapy. As a BCBA with our organization, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families in need.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
  • Implement evidence-based behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill acquisition.
  • Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collect and analyze data to measure progress and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care for clients.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of $75,000 - $125,000 per year.

Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
  • Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy.
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
  • Strong patient care skills and ability to conduct patient assessments.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation.
  • Prior experience in supervising and diagnostic evaluation.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology and records.
  • Ability to collect and analyze data for behavioral intervention.
