Tact Staff is currently seeking a dedicated travel nurse RN specializing in Med Surg / Telemetry for an exciting travel nursing opportunity.

Position Overview & Requirements
  • Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry
  • Discipline: RN
  • Duration: 13 weeks
  • Weekly Hours: 36 hours
  • Shift Length: 12 hours
  • Employment Type: Travel

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Active NJ license or compact required at the time of submission.
  • Two years of nursing experience is mandatory.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
  • Completion of 8 total Stroke contact hours, including NIHSS, is necessary (can be obtained prior to start).
  • Availability to work every other weekend and holiday is essential.
  • Floating between facilities may be required, and candidates should confirm their willingness to float.
  • Cerner charting experience is preferred.
  • Patient ratios typically range from 1:5-6 when floating and 1:4-5 in PCU, depending on staffing.
