Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to become a vital part of our leadership team. This permanent position presents a remarkable chance to influence the financial trajectory of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong history of strategic financial planning, risk assessment, financial reporting, and budget management. A minimum of 10 years in a senior financial management role is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the financial planning initiatives by executing strategic actions to promote sustainable growth.
  • Oversee and assess the organization’s fundraising strategies and capital structure.
  • Ensure adequate cash flow for the organization’s operational needs.
  • Supervise all finance team members.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and oversee the IT division.
  • Direct the creation of all financial documents, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax filings, and regulatory compliance reports.
  • Collaborate with auditing firms to guarantee adherence to all regulations.
  • Design and implement a robust internal control system to protect company assets and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Create performance metrics that align with the organization’s strategic goals.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience as a CFO, finance officer, or in a similar role (10+ years).
  • Thorough understanding of corporate financial regulations and risk management practices.
  • Exceptional skills in data analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Proficient in MS Office and financial management software.
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a comfort level in handling numerical data.
  • CPA certification is a significant advantage.
