Job Title: Managing Director
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead our Fintech division. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Fintech or Crypto and will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Strategic Vision: Develop and implement the strategic vision and operational plans to propel the organization's growth in the Fintech or Crypto space.
- Lead and Mentor Executive Team: Lead and mentor the executive team to achieve business goals and increase market share.
- Build Relationships: Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor Industry Trends: Monitor industry trends to position the company advantageously within the market.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practices in financial technology.
- Oversee Product Development: Oversee the development of innovative products and services that meet market demands.
- Present Updates: Present updates and strategic plans to the board of directors.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in a leadership role within the Fintech or Crypto industry.
- Track Record: Proven track record of successfully leading organizations through significant growth and change.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead teams towards achieving strategic goals.
- Partnership Experience: Experience in establishing and managing partnerships and alliances.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Continuous Learning: Willingness to engage in continuous learning within the rapidly evolving fintech landscape.
