- $75,000 Start Date Bonus contingent on a 3-Year Commitment

- Kissimmee ACT: 2 Physicians, 5 Advanced Practice Providers (CRNA & CAAs)
- 4 Operating Rooms plus 2 endoscopy rooms
- Diverse case types including General, GI, Orthopedic, Eye, and Podiatry
- No on-call duties, Monday to Friday schedule, no weekends or holidays. Current schedule consists of 3 days with 5 rooms and 2 days with 4 rooms (20 weeks of Physician PTO with only operating 4 sites), allowing for a 4-day work week during non-PTO weeks.
- 10 Weeks of Paid Time Off
- Hybrid charting system with both paper and electronic formats
Envision Physician Services offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life coverage, 401K, and paid malpractice with tail coverage. The Business Expense Reimbursement Account is provided, and benefits are effective immediately with no waiting period. Start Date and Relocation Bonuses are available.
