About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Person to join our team at McDonald's. As a Maintenance Person, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant facilities, equipment, and grounds.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • Maintain and repair equipment, including fryers, HVAC units, and other machinery.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash.
  • Change light bulbs and clean windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Assist with grounds maintenance, including mowing, pruning, and other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
