We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization, Strafford Nutrition & Meals on Wheels, in achieving its mission. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization, from strategic planning to day-to-day operations.

• Oversee all aspects of the agency operation, with a focus on strategic planning for the organization's future success.
• Develop and monitor the budget, making organizational decisions that meet budget limitations in conjunction with the mission statement.
• Secure agency funds through governmental applications, organizational grants, and other fundraising opportunities.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, protocols, and practices as required by laws, regulations, and funding sources.
• Maintain agency bookkeeping systems.
• Lead teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with board members, donors, and other stakeholders.

• Proven track record of success in management roles, preferably in the non-profit sector.
• Excellent project management and operations management skills.
• Exceptional leadership and management skills, with a focus on team building and collaboration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or experience in lieu of degree.
• 3 years experience in the nonprofit field. Senior services field highly desired.
