Job Overview
Riverbank USD is seeking a reliable and skilled Transportation Professional to join our team as a School Bus Driver. As a key member of our transportation department, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, field trips, and other activities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and their families while maintaining a safe and clean environment for all passengers.

Salary:$63,000 - $75,000 per year (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a school bus or transportation vehicle safely over an assigned route.
  • Transport students to and from school, field trips, athletic activities, and other special trips.
  • Maintain buses in a clean and safe condition.


Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • One year of general driving experience or six months experience as a bus driver.
  • Valid school bus driver certificate.
  • California Drivers License, Class A or B.


Additional Requirements:
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Letter(s) of Recommendation (Two current letters, dated within the last two years).
  • Proof of HS Graduation.
  • Resume.


Training Provided:
  • RUSD will provide training for the Bus Driver Certificate upon hire.
