About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Expert to join our team at Rite-Solutions, Inc. in Newport, RI.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting full-time on-site at NUWCDIVNPT, ensuring the highest availability of critical network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with GSA's Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) and DISA's DITCO procurement policies
  • Expertise in carrier class telecommunication engineering practices and standards
  • Support voice engineering initiatives and ongoing operations for voice communications services
  • Actively monitor and conduct trend analysis for telecommunication networks
  • Conducts engineering studies, prepares technical reports, and evaluates requests for equipment and services
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in telecommunications engineering
  • Proficient with Avaya Aura Communication Manager 8 or higher
  • Experience with VMWare, Microsoft Windows Server, and Red Hat Enterprise Linux
  • Certifications: Avaya Certified Solutions Architect (ACSA) and/or CompTIA Security+
