Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a privately owned manufacturer of consumer ingredients used in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and food industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair equipment related to the operation of a manufacturing facility, including mechanical, plumbing, pipefitting, welding, rigging, and machining.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of Process Logic Control (PLC) Systems and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Adhere to company safety policies and procedures while performing maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized maintenance shop, adhering to good sanitation, housekeeping, and GMP standards.
  • Successfully pass both Mechanical and Electrical Aptitude qualification tests with a score of 80% or higher.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in food, pharmaceutical, or chemical production environments.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting PLC control systems.

This is a full-time position with daytime hours, Monday through Friday, with some on-call work as necessary on nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will be able to reduce downtime, respond to equipment failures, and conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.
