As a Registered Nurse with IntelyCare, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in post-acute facilities, collaborating with medical staff and residents to develop care plans, and tracking outcomes and reviewing options with physicians and other nursing staff.

You'll also be responsible for administering and supervising appropriate treatments and medications to residents, making sure medical equipment is properly set up and monitored, and informing residents and family members about best care options.

• Current New Jersey State License: Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey.
• Graduation from Approved Nursing Program: Have graduated from an approved nursing program.
• At Least 1 Year of Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse or in a similar role.
• Excellent Organizational and Leadership Skills: Possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
