Job Title: Finance Manager

Vaco is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, managing cash flow, and providing financial analysis and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and systems, including ERP systems
