Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and implement mechanical engineering tasks for various pumping systems across utilities and industrial sectors.
  • Collaborate with project teams to design intricate pumping systems, ensuring adherence to our project delivery standards.
  • Manage key client relationships and project budgets effectively.
  • Utilize your expertise to guide clients through complex challenges in pumping system design.
  • Develop and refine design guidelines, standards, and specifications related to pumping systems.
  • Conduct quality control reviews to maintain high standards in project deliverables.
  • Mentor junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and technical capabilities.
  • Coordinate with drafters and designers, ensuring seamless collaboration across disciplines.
  • Support construction-related engineering activities as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Environmental, or Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience in the design of complex pumping systems.
  • Proficient in preparing construction documents, including drawings and specifications.
  • Familiarity with Hydraulic Institute standards and software tools such as AFT Fathom and AFT Impulse is advantageous.
  • Possession of a Professional Engineer (PE) License in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering is required.
  • Exceptional project management and technical writing skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
