About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Oceanic Enterprises. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving our mission forward by providing our customers with the best solutions for their energy needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare offers for rooftop, ground-mounted, and carport photovoltaic systems
  • Creation of order confirmations and additional offers
  • Review of contracts and determination of sales metrics
  • Optimization and maintenance of our calculation tools
  • Process optimization in the sales department and coordination with other departments such as procurement and project planning
  • Development of sales strategies for large customers in the field of photovoltaics for ground-mounted and rooftop systems
  • Identification of potential customers and business opportunities through market analysis and networking
  • Creation of customized offers and contracts, taking into account customer needs and company goals
  • Negotiation of contract terms, prices, and delivery times
  • Care and maintenance of existing customer relationships and establishment of new business relationships
  • Monitoring of the sales process from the offer phase to contract conclusion and beyond
  • Responsibility for achieving sales goals and reporting to management
  • Continuous development of sales strategies and processes to increase the competitiveness and profitability of the company
  • Management of marketing activities to support the sales strategy
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in sales of photovoltaic systems or similar renewable energy technologies
