The Phoenix Center is seeking a part-time Cook to join our team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of food for residents. You will work under the direct supervision of the Dietary Manager and follow state and local regulations for working with food in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare meals based on daily menus for all special dietary needs
- Work efficiently to maintain a neat and orderly workstation and minimize food waste
- Follow recipes and plan cooking schedules to meet mealtime schedules
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work safely and efficiently
