Position Summary
The Shuttle Driver is tasked with the safe operation of a shuttle bus, facilitating the transportation of employees and guests across the four mountains and adjacent areas.

Compensation
Non-CDL drivers will receive $22.00 per hour, while CDL drivers will start at $27.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely navigate the shuttle along designated routes or to specific locations, ensuring timely arrivals while complying with local traffic laws.
  • Welcome and assist employees and guests, providing information about the resort, including snow conditions, grooming updates, trail maps, and available activities.
  • Maintain the shuttle's cleanliness and functionality by performing regular checks, cleaning, and reporting any mechanical issues.
  • Keep a daily log of ridership and submit it consistently.
  • Assist guests with the loading and unloading of their equipment.
  • Carry out additional tasks as required.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possession of a valid CDL license with a passenger endorsement.
  • Experience driving shuttles in winter conditions is preferred.
  • Background in customer service is beneficial.
  • Familiarity with the resort and surrounding area is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
  • Prior experience with 14+ passenger shuttles is a plus.

Work Environment
This role involves physical demands such as standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. The driver will work in various weather conditions and may encounter slippery or uneven surfaces.
