Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team. As an Onsite/Field Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting customer-reported problems.
  • Monitoring, scheduling, and prioritizing tasks to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Planning and performing equipment upgrades and new installations.
  • Managing a queue of calls to ensure timely resolution of customer incidents.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in trouble-shooting and repairing complex mechanical equipment.
  • Strong experience working on electro-mechanical equipment.
  • A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in building and enhancing customer relationships.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • The ability to perform frequent lifting and/or moving items up to 50lbs.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and/or different shifts as needed.
