Responsibilities:

  • Assess, coordinate, plan, direct, and implement patient care needs
  • Ensure competent and compassionate care during acute stays and transitions
  • Collaborate with hospital staff and referral facilities to facilitate patient care operations
  • Engage with multiple stakeholders to achieve optimal health outcomes

Requirements:

  • Registered Professional Nurse (RPN) certification
  • Experience in hematology/oncology patient care
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
