Job DescriptionAs a Physical Therapist with Interim HealthCare of Maine, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients in various settings, including nursing homes, rehab centers, and assisted living facilities. Our team of healthcare professionals is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, and we're looking for a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical therapy services to patients who have lost mobility, strength, or functionality
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct assessments, document progress, and modify therapy services as needed
  • Educate patients and their families on established goals, exercises, and self-care techniques

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program and active PT license in New Hampshire
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of physical therapy experience
  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations
  • Good clinical judgment and strong interpersonal skills
