We are seeking a talented HVAC Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the St. Louis Metro Market. In this role, you will be responsible for generating parts and supplies sales within an assigned territory, driving both sales and margin growth for new and existing customers.
About Our Company:
Koch Air, LLC has been a leading distributor of quality Carrier residential and commercial products since 1936. We have built a reputation for excellence and are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Parts & Supplies sales within an assigned territory to achieve sales and margin growth for new and existing customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
- Conduct or attend sales and training meetings with customers.
- Survey market to detect business trends and opportunities for competitive pricing and sales forecasts.
- Promote Koch Air advertising and promotional programs.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of HVAC experience including inside or outside sales, project management, equipment installation.
- Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
- Prefer 2 years of HVAC Sales experience working directly with vendors, contractors, owners.
