We're now seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Aventura, FL team. As a key member of our clinical team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care while collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to drive improved health outcomes.
Job DescriptionThis full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to manage a diverse patient panel, conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, and provide treatment in-office or through tele-health visits. You'll also have access to ongoing learning opportunities, including weekly Clinical Rounds and collaboration with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams.
- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conduct occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles as well as with virtual clinical teams
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A completed accredited FNP or PA program with national certification
- At least 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+)
- State licensure in Florida, obtained by your start date

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on your location, experience, and qualifications.
