Nurse Aide Career Opportunity

Carespring is seeking a dedicated and compassionate nurse aide to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to our patients, working closely with the nursing care team to ensure excellent care delivery. The estimated salary for this position is $18.25-$22.50 per hour, based on experience and credentials. We also offer additional benefits, including flexible scheduling and daily pay options, to help you balance your work and personal life.

Your responsibilities will include providing direct care and ADL needs for our patients, documenting care in our electronic medical record, and participating in care planning and decision-making. To be successful in this role, you must meet the state eligible requirements for STNA and possess a genuine interest in working with elderly individuals.
