COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

AVAILABILITY:

Candidates must be available for the Night Shift (Sunday through Wednesday, 6 PM to 2 AM) and possess flexible hours based on business requirements.

JOB SUMMARY:

The role involves ensuring that high-quality produce is prepared and ready for daily operations at an acceptable productivity level. This position primarily operates during the night shift.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare, cut, and repackage products according to customer specifications.
  • Operate machinery, including potato peelers and bag sealers.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the work area.
  • Adhere to sanitation and safety protocols for handling and production to Safe Quality Food (SQF) standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School diploma or GED preferred but not mandatory.

Experience: A minimum of 12 months of production experience is preferred.

Professional Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently.
  • Capability to perform tasks at an acceptable productivity level.
  • Ability to operate basic machinery.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift boxes of produce weighing between 25 to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
  • Frequent stooping and bending is required.
