The Member Service Specialist will deliver exceptional service to our members and prospective members while ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing. This role requires immediate acknowledgment and greeting of all members upon their arrival. The Specialist will handle incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel to resolve member issues effectively. Maintaining a balanced cash drawer and addressing discrepancies promptly is essential. Additionally, the Specialist will promote various products and services, particularly focusing on electronic solutions that empower members to manage their accounts independently.

  • Deliver informed, prompt, and courteous service to all members, ensuring immediate acknowledgment upon entry and swift phone response.
  • Execute assigned tasks with precision, adhering to established departmental standards.
  • Proactively suggest additional products and services to enhance member experience, identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • Adhere to all relevant credit union policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively to resolve member concerns, seeking further assistance when necessary.
