Project Finance Specialist

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Accountant to join our team at Progressive Mechanical Inc. This role will be responsible for processing financial transactions, maintaining contracts and billings, and analyzing project financial data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process financial transactions, such as journal entries, cash receipts, and disbursements
- Prepare various reconciliations and maintain contracts, change orders, and other contract documents related to billings
- Analyze project financial data for trends or problems that may affect financial performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and workflows
- Strong organization skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Salary Range: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
