We're seeking a skilled Chemistry Instructor to join our team. As a key member of our nuclear maintenance and technical training team, you'll drive station and personnel performance improvement through the use of training. You'll coordinate and conduct performance-based maintenance and technical training programs, ensuring they're current and effective.

• Develop and conduct high-quality training programs for nuclear maintenance and technical training.
• Coordinate with user communities to identify training needs and develop programs to meet those needs.
• Prepare trainee examinations and conduct evaluations for classroom, laboratory, OJT, and simulator environments.
• Support station and fleet initiatives, including business projects, refuel outage support, and special projects.
• Participate in NRC, INPO, and management audits, and prepare responses to audit findings.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of technical or craft nuclear experience, or 5+ years of related industry experience.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.

• AS/AA in science/engineering.
• 5+ years of nuclear power plant technical experience in the applicable discipline instruction, or 10+ years of related industry experience.
