Job Title: Purchaser (m/f/d)

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchaser to join our team at Matrix Ventures. As a Purchaser, you will be responsible for independently conducting global tenders, negotiating prices and contracts, and concluding supplier contracts in the IT & Professional Services sector.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate contracts
  • Manage and maintain supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods
  • Process operational orders in SAP (R3 / S4) and maintain contracts in an electronic database
Your Profile:
  • Completed commercial education with several years of experience in purchasing
  • Experience in purchasing IT and Professional Services is an advantage
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of SAP R3 / S4 and MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Reliable and precise working style
Working Conditions:
  • 37 hours per week
  • Salary range: 36,000 euros
