Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Mortgage Loan Administrator to join our team at All Western Mortgage, Inc. This full-time position offers flexibility to work from the office, a hybrid model, or remotely. The Mortgage Loan Administrator will play a crucial role in the processing and underwriting of mortgage loans. Key responsibilities include evaluating loan applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring adherence to lending regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven ability to close a minimum of 20 loans per month, with the potential to close 30-40 loans monthly due to high organizational volume. A bonus of $200 is awarded for each file closed.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and Lending practices.
  • Experience in Loan Processing.
  • Familiarity with various loan types, including FHA, VA, Conventional, and Jumbo loans.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Experience with loan origination software is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is preferred.
  • While ideally located in Texas, this is not a strict requirement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and file documents systematically.
  • Assess income documentation and complete income worksheets.
  • Review credit reports to ensure compliance with guidelines.
  • Upload necessary preliminary documents (1008, FHA Transmittal, VA Loan Analysis, VA Loan Summary).
  • Run Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS) for submissions.
  • Initiate Conditions of Closing (COC) and Loan Estimates (LE) when the loan is locked.
  • Communicate conditions to the processing team.
  • Follow up with borrowers to obtain necessary documentation.
  • Review LDP/GSA for compliance.
  • Conduct final Loan Quality Index (LQI) checks and assess any new debts.
  • Request necessary amendments and FHA/VA documentation.
  • Resubmit files for Clear to Close status.
  • Address any 'Prior to Funding' and 'Prior to Investor' conditions.

Incentives and Opportunities

  • Each closed file earns a bonus of $200, potentially adding an additional $48,000 in income with 20+ files closed monthly.
